LVT TILE

Vinyl plank installation is one of the most durable and cost-effective flooring solutions for residential properties in Vancouver. Our team provides a full-scope service that includes demolition, subfloor leveling, and complete installation, ensuring long-lasting performance and a clean, modern finish. With waterproof construction and high-traffic durability, vinyl plank flooring is an ideal choice for homes across the Lower Mainland.

Installation Process - Vancouver Vinyl Plank Flooring.
Our team followed a structured workflow to ensure a flawless and long-lasting result across all rooms. We began by delivering all materials to the site and inspecting them for quality and consistency before installation. The existing flooring was removed, and all debris was safely disposed of to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Old baseboards were taken off and prepared for replacement, while door casings were professionally undercut to achieve a seamless, furniture-grade finish. Closet doors were temporarily removed to provide full access to flooring areas.
The subfloor was thoroughly inspected for imperfections, height variations, and structural movement. Levelling was performed where required to create a flat, stable, and installation-ready surface. Once the foundation was prepared, the new LVP vinyl planks were installed with precise alignment, tight joints, and proper spacing to ensure durability and a clean, consistent appearance. After the flooring was completed, new baseboards were installed to provide sharp, finished edges. Durable transitions were added between tile and vinyl areas to create smooth, safe, and visually cohesive room-to-room movement. The project concluded with a full cleanup of all work areas and proper disposal of construction waste in accordance with Vancouver guidelines.
